Phoenix Real Estate Services is a Missouri-based developer specializing in affordable, multi-family housing (LIHTC).

Originally formed in 2008 to provide management and liquidation services to banks and financial institutions for their REO holdings, Phoenix leverages its knowledge of local real estate markets, valued relationships with lenders, government officials, and skilled building tradesman, along with extensive construction and development expertise to seamlessly execute and deliver project assignments.
